A collaboration between Del Maguey and famed Spanish Chef Jose Andres. This Pechuga style mezcal uses Iberico de Bellota, the legendary ham made from free-range, acorn-fed, black-footed Iberico pigs from Spain. Winner of the 2014 “Best New Product”, by the Tales of the Cocktail foundation. The result is an extremely unique and delicious spirits with complex umami, minerality and salinity flavors and mouthfeel.
